2. Download, fill out, and send us the patient questionnaire.
3. Give us your prescription by:
1. Bring it by our office at 1520 N. Circle Drive(map),
2. or mail it to our office,
3. or have your doctor fax it to (719) 633-8824.

Business hours are: Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM Mountain, Saturday by appointment only. We pride ourselves in providing friendly customer service and we stay informed to provide you great prices.

Placing an order takes about ten minutes and we conveniently take payment by VISA, MasterCard, or personal check.

There is a shipping charge per order (not per medication).
